Recycling is where ZODIAC began — and it still defines us. Aluminium can be remelted endlessly, and the electricity behind that process comes entirely from our own solar plant.
100% of our electricity is solar.
A 1 MW photovoltaic plant supplies the entirety of our electrical needs. At the furnace, regenerative and oxygen burners recover heat and reduce both fuel consumption and emissions during smelting.

Aluminium can be remelted again and again with no loss of quality — recycling it uses a fraction of the energy of primary metal.
